Find out what high performing teams do differently and start applying it straight away. In this workshop, you’ll explore the 6 C’s of high performance, learn what’s critical for success at work, and score your own team to build a clear strategy for improvement.

Learn the fundamentals every project and team needs to succeed. In this workshop, you’ll discover the 5 dimensions of team success, understand why they work and what happens when they break down, and use a practical checklist to honestly assess whether your team has, or can create, the right conditions.

Change:
Mindset readiness

Learn how to understand and navigate change with confidence. In this workshop, you’ll explore the different types of business change, discover how it affects mindset, motivation, and results, and plot yourself on the change curve to see where you are and what’s in the way. You’ll leave with practical tools to move forward effectively.

Present like a pro: Own the room

Build the skills to plan, structure, and deliver presentations with confidence. In this workshop, you’ll define your purpose, construct a roadmap that takes your audience on a journey, and learn storytelling principles including how to tell a data story. You’ll also explore how people retain information and leave with practical techniques to grow your confidence as a presenter.
