Away Days

A full day out of the office, designed around your team. We’ll work on what matters most to you, covering culture, communication, relationships or performance and build in exercises the bring teams together, giving you a day that’s fun, engaging, purposeful.

Strategy Days

For leadership teams or newly formed teams who need to get out of the day-to-day and think clearly about where they’re going. I’ll facilitate the conversation, keep things focused and make sure you leave with clarity, alignment and a plan.

Team Workshops

Team workshops are shorter, sharper sessions ran as half a days or 90 minute virtual sessions. Content is built around a specific skill or challenge your team is facing right now. Practical, focused and easy to fit around a busy schedule.
